Payments and Billing

Paid plans involve recurring fees, usage limits, and potential overage charges for call minutes or conversations. Raging Phoner reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in service termination.

Service Availability & Liability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be modified or discontinued at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raging Phoner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or inaccurate AI responses.

Intellectual Property

All software, technology, and content associated with the Service remain the property of Raging Phoner. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without permission.
